Invoices can be imported from invoicefetcher® and saved audit-proof in foxdox. With foxdox you are able to comply with the strict retention and archiving requirements of e.g. tax-relevant documents. foxdox has obtained a software certification of IDW (PS880) and thus foxdox can be used to store documents according to German law (GoBD). foxdox can also be used for file sharing. You can use it to share your own documents with other business partners, tax advisors and customers or publish them by using protected links.

Our servers are hosted in ISO certified data centers in Germany (DIN ISO / IEC 27001 certification). All data is stored in a geo-redundant manner to prevent data loss and access is only possible via encrypted connections (HTTPS). In addition to standard encryption (which applies to every single document automatically), particularly sensitive documents can be stored in a double-encrypted manner.
