How is FLOWWER connected to invoicefetcher®?

    You create a service user for invoicefetcher® in your FLOWWER account. FLOWWER automatically creates an API token.

    Afterwards, grant the service user the authorization to upload documents. FLOWWER then has access to the documents in invoicefetcher® and can import the documents. Optionally, you can assign a Floww start to the service user.

    Then enter your FLOWWER subdomain and API token in invoicefetcher®.

Unlimited number of users per account

FLOWWER aims to realistically replicate your individual approval processes digitally. For this reason, you can create an unlimited number of users per account, assign them individual rights and integrate them into the approvals.

Archive with full text search

Sometimes you want to access details of a process or see the agreed terms of the last order. FLOWWER has integrated a full-text search to make this possible within seconds and from any location. The full-text search includes all PDF files of a process stored in the archive.

Several companies in one place

If you have several companies, you can manage them via one account in FLOWWER. There is no need to log in and out and you can keep an eye on all approval processes at all times.

Multi-stage approvals

The FLOWWER SaaS solution maps multi-stage approval processes with up to 5 stages. You can intuitively implement the following four workflows in FLOWWER:

  • Simple approvals,
  • workflows with the four-eyes principle or multi-eyes principle (exclusive or selective),
  • shortened approvals, where stages can be skipped under certain conditions, and
  • Workflows with nominations.

Release of receipts and other documents

FLOWWER is specialized in document-oriented approvals. Although the software was originally developed for invoice approval, you can also digitally map workflows for the approval of vacation requests, orders, further training, design drafts and editorial planning, etc.

There is only one important requirement for FLOWWER: it has to be a PDF file. If this condition is met, you can implement a wide range of workflows.

Release with absence rule

A substitute can be stored for each user in FLOWWER. If someone is temporarily absent, the substitution rule immediately takes effect for all workflows in which the substituted user is stored.

The big advantage is that you don't have to change anything in the workflow. Transparency is ensured because substitutes only see documents due to the absence rule and approvals issued by substitutes are marked accordingly on the FLOWWER audit trail.

Document splitting

FLOWWER offers a comprehensive module for document splitting, which can be used for pre-assignment (with cost centers, expense accounts, etc.). This information is automatically transferred to the tax office and is available there, for example, as accounting recommendations.

FLOWWER has integrated this function free of charge for companies that do not require the full range of functions of the module: exactly one splitting item can be created for each tax rate appearing on the document.

Data protection

All FLOWWER data is stored exclusively in Gridscale's data center. FLOWWER has chosen gridscale because they take infrastructure and data security seriously and all gridscale cloud technology is ISO 27001 and ISO 27018 certified.

Furthermore, FLOWWER does not share data with any other companies. This means that the company can provide information about where its customers' data is located at all times.
